Refund Policy
At Sure Shine Commercial Kitchen & Department Detailing L.L.P., our goal is to provide every customer with a professional, high-quality experience, and we strive to ensure each job meets the standards outlined in our service agreement.
Payments for services rendered by Sure Shine Commercial Kitchen & Department Detailing L.L.P. are non-refundable once work has commenced or been completed. Refunds will only be issued if no work has been performed, as determined solely by the Contractor.
Due to the variable conditions of each job site, including but not limited to the level of cleanliness, buildup, and access to areas, service outcomes may vary, and results are not guaranteed to meet subjective expectations. The Client acknowledges that cleaning results are influenced by the pre-existing condition of the facility and that estimates reflect the labor required based on the condition at the time of inspection or booking.
We reserve the right to evaluate and consider adjustments or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, but such adjustments are made at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
No refunds will be issued in cases where:

The work was completed in accordance with the agreed scope of services;

The Client was expecting results beyond what was reasonable based on the condition of the facility;

The dissatisfaction is due to personal preferences or subjective standards not specified in writing before the job.
By hiring us, the Client agrees to these refund terms and acknowledges that the pricing reflects the scope and difficulty of the work required
